- The same as in pull-request #130
- Comments from pull-request #130 are taken into consideration.
- New files in dev are changed according to the core refactoring, dev is merged.
- Not all tests are passed (consecutive ner training and infering failed).
Update:
- fixed ner ontonotes consecutive training-inferring
- All tests passed.
