As of my knowledge cutoff in October 2023, Ruff primarily focuses on linting and fixing code style issues, but it does not have a built-in feature to format only the lines that have style problems while leaving other lines untouched. Ruff's formatting capabilities are designed to apply consistent styling across the entire codebase.
Раз нет такой фичи, я и решил смириться.
